The standard
What you can hold me to
You have a standard for your own work. This is mine, written down where you can check it.
You never log into a builder, a host or a dashboard. You text me what you want changed.
No setup fee, no build charge, no surprise invoice. The number you see is the number.
Everything here does one dull, useful job. Nothing is included because it sounds impressive.
Not "responsive." Designed at phone width first, because that is where your customers are standing.
Your domain is yours. What happens if you leave is in writing, and I walk you through that page before you sign.
Your hours, your service area, your job types, your escalation. Set up with you, not assumed.
You don't leave a job half-finished because the customer wouldn't have noticed. Neither do I.
Who runs it
Iron Cedar Technology LLC is a one-man company working with contractors anywhere in the United States. You deal with me every time.
Who it's for
Built for people who work
If your work is physical, booked by phone, and local to the people who hire you, this is designed around how you actually operate — wherever in the country you are.
Honest expectations
What you'll get, and what I won't promise.
You've been called by people promising page one in ninety days. Here is the version that's actually true.
And your listing set up properly. What I won't do is promise you page one — nobody controls that.
What it won't do is create demand. How many people find you depends on your reputation, your competition, your advertising and your service area.
Search results are slower — months, not weeks, and it varies by trade and by area. Anyone giving you a date is guessing.
Your part is marking jobs complete and replying when it hands you a lead. It's a set of tools, not a substitute for you.
The deliverables in your plan, built to the standard on this page, managed the whole time we're working together. That part you can hold me to.
Your work already shows your standards.
Your website and follow-up should too.
The free part is a Google Business Profile audit: two or three issues I can back up with evidence that may be making it harder for customers to understand or contact you, yours to keep whether we work together long term or not. The rest of the twenty minutes is yours. Bring your website, or the part of the job that keeps eating your evenings, and I'll tell you straight whether I can help.
